We’ll spend some time together, gathering some specific project information to help us begin planning your build — such as taking some basic measurements, investigating the location, and gathering some reference photos from the site.

Next, a thorough site survey will give us a clear view of the precise limitations and opportunities. We’ll visit the site, analyse the conditions, and take precise measurements — effectively giving us everything we need to create a tailored and accurate quote.

We’ll help you to find materials you love to bring your vision to life. With this key information in-hand, we can begin the exciting process of designing your sauna.

With all of this information in hand, we’ll create your project specifications. This is, in essence, what Finnished will deliver for you. This includes costs, timelines, possible add-ons as well as an overall plan that fits practically around you.

Once you’re completely happy with your quotation and project specification, all that’s left is for us both to agree in writing. Then, work can commence at your convenience.

After much planning and collaboration, your project can now begin in earnest. During every key step of the build, we will talk you personally through our progress to ensure you’re totally satisfied with how it’s coming together.

The final key step, of course, is project completion. At this time, we will walk through your build together to make absolutely certain that you’re delighted with the results. Then, all that’s left is to hand over to you — to enjoy your brand new sauna, wet room or garden studio! Onnittelut!
